Veterinarian Arrival & Set Up

Our mobile unit pulls right up to your home. Most pets are seen inside your house for a calmer, more familiar environment. This minimizes anxiety and maximizes comfort.

Prefer we stay outside? We can! Our fully equipped mobile clinic is available if your pet is more comfortable outdoors or if your home setup makes that easier.

Your Appointment

Veterinary Care Visits: Dr. Cifranick will begin with a friendly conversation to learn about your pet’s health history, lifestyle, and any concerns. This relaxed approach helps pets feel safe and gives us a chance to connect before starting any hands-on-care.

Afterward, we’ll perform a nose-to-tail physical exam, give any needed vaccines, draw blood for lab work, and prescribe medications either on the truck or through our online pharmacy. All preventative medications are ordered online and shipped directly to you.

Routine Pet Care Visits With Our Technician Team: When our technician team arrives, the team will introduce themselves, explain the visit, and help your pet feel comfortable. She’ll take care of the service right at your home, then review what was done and answer any questions. Quick, simple, and stress-free for both you and your pet.

After Your Visit

After Your Visit

You’ll Receive:

  • Digital & paper vaccination records
  • A complete summary of recommendations in your email
  • A follow-up call within 1–2 days to check-in and answer questions

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards at the time of service.

Our Mobile Units

Veterinary Care Visits with Dr. Cifranick

Our fully equipped unit features a surgical suite, dental area, and all the tools needed for comprehensive wellness exams and routine procedures. The mobile clinic is driven by Dr. Cifranick and an assistant, providing a familiar, friendly face for your pets. Whether it’s annual check-ups, dental cleanings, or minor procedures, this is the mobile unit you’ll see arriving to care for your pets. Tour our Mobile Unit here or watch this video to see more.

Routine Care Visits with Technician Team

Our Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), Jess, drives her fully equipped mini mobile unit, joined by her assistant to provide care right to your door. They offer routine services like nail trims, ear cleanings, and monthly injections, as well as lab work and ultrasounds. Trained to assist Dr. Cifranick, they can often provide direct care without a full vet appointment—bringing a smaller version of our full veterinary unit straight to your home.

Services

State of the art veterinary care—wellness, dental, diagnostics, surgery and more—without leaving home.

How To Prepare For Your In-Home Visit

Icon

Book All Services At Once

When scheduling, please select one primary reason for your visit. If your pet needs anything additional, such as a nail trim, ear cleaning, or anal gland expression, please include it in the notes section. Letting us know ahead of time allows us to plan your visit efficiently, complete all care in one smooth session, and keep your pet comfortable without repeated handling.

Icon

Gather Medical Records & Samples

Providing your pet’s previous medical records gives our veterinarian a full picture of their health, helping us make the best care decisions. If samples like fecal or urine tests are needed, please ask our team the best way to collect and store them.

Icon

Create a Comfortable Environment

Please have pets in an accessible room or a carrier (for small dogs and cats). This helps us start the visit in a calm, stress-free way, with time to let your pet get comfortable before any care begins.

Icon

Payments & Cancellations

Payment is collected at the end of your pet’s visit for convenience. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 business hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice will incur a fee of $170 for Veterinary Care appointments and $45 for Routine Care appointments.

Pricing

We keep pricing simple and fair—just one travel fee per visit, no matter how many pets we see. Each pet has their own exam fee, and any additional services or medications or are added only if needed, so every pet gets the attention they deserve.
Service Price Range
Veterinary Care Travel Fee $90 – $110
Routine Care Travel Fee $45 – $60
Dr. Cifranick Exam Fee $80 – $85

What Are Add-On Services?

Add-ons are extra products or services, like medications, vaccinations, and diagnostic tests. Any add-ons will be included on your invoice at the end of the visit. For example, add-on during a general exam could be a nail trim, ear cleaning, or medications, while a surgical procedure add-on could be a microchip or histopathology. Please note that costs vary by procedure and are always discussed with you in advance.

The WoofDoctor on Wheels has been our vet for 6 years now taking care of our cat Stella (6) and 2 Aussie brothers Cody and Mojo (5). Mojo (right in photo) was born deaf and attacked at 10 weeks by our neighbors dog. The WoofDoctor was then and still is tremendous. His nose was all torn up and The WoofDoctor kept assuring us it would heal, and it did. He has a great team that works with him too. We highly recommend him. We love that he comes to our house. Five stars for sure.

From the moment we met Dr. Cifranick and he sat on the floor to connect with our dog, we knew he was the right vet for us. We have been with him and his wonderful team through our beloved Nola’s illness and now with Charlie. Dr. Cifranick even comes to our home to care for the pups, always arriving with liver treats to win them over. The entire team is compassionate, skilled, and dedicated, we could not ask for better care.

Bitty Kitty Ardell

Wanda Ardell

This company personifies “compassionate professionalism”. As someone with vision issues, I find it difficult to find transportation at times. They come to me and my cat for nail clips, medication, and even to rescue a stray kitten in my garden shed. Definitely above and beyond. Love them all.

Mustachia Quarti

Heather Quarti

I have no doubt whatsoever that WoofDoctor on Wheels made it possible to have extra time with my soul mate, Duckie. She had a lot of issues including anxiety and blindness, and home visits (and monthly Solensia shots) helped extend her stay on this earth. It is never enough time, but they undoubtedly helped give us more memories. There is no one I trust more for the care of my babies than Dr C, Jess, Cheryl, and the rest of the team. Absolutely every single person on this team has become like family. It is clear they truly care about furry family members. They spend time getting to know their patients and their patients’ humans. The care we receive is worth every penny. I cannot imagine not having them in our lives.
